Shekhar

Currently, I am a lecturer for Leadership and Management courses, in the College of TAFE NSW at Ultimo campus, Sydney Australia.

I specialise in teaching subject matters as entrepreneurship, managing projects, to Business management, with a particular focus on small business in Australia. My current work includes leading a group of vocational student across units of competencies  up to advance Diploma level subjects, i.e. Managing business resources, WHS, Marketing, policy implementation on Sustainability, as well as various entrepreneurship subjects is what I teach.

In 2021 I completed: Bachelor of Applied Management, through Federation university. I also hold about eight other Australian qualifications at a diploma and advanced diploma level. To continue with my quest of knowledge, I am continuing a Masters degree at James Cook University.

I am passionate about helping Small Business thrive and have experience in training and development, assisting small businesses to succeed in a rapidly growing and competitive marketplace.

My experience in business ranges from management roles with companies, to running my own successful business in Australia and India, always maintaining a hands-on approach to people connections.

All of my previous roles were based around the concept of helping people to reach their goal, and it was a simple progression into teaching business studies.
