These terms and conditions apply to your training program when you enroll into 360 Education courses online.

Please read these terms carefully before enrolling into the course.

For the purpose of these terms:
‘We’ and ‘Us’ means I.C.T.A. Pty Ltd. 360 Education is a brand name used by I.C.T.A. Pty Ltd. for it’s services of online education.
‘You’ mean the student.

‘Adviser’ represents the person providing general support during your course of study.

Enrollment
The adviser will help you to choose the correct training course for you. We will assess your skills and knowledge and provide you advice and information before you start a training course. This is to make sure that you are enrolled in the correct course.
When you sign up for an online training program, we will provide you with an online tutor. Your tutor will provide support and guidance to you during your training course.

Your Course
Your course is an assortment of online software, tools and information in the website, and tutor support from us.

Quality of services
Reasonable skills and care will be used in providing the services to you.

Login Username and password
When you register with 360 Education, you will be given a username and password. You must take care to keep your username and password confidential. You will be responsible for all the activities that occur under your username and password. You must not allow anyone else to use your username and password. It is your responsibility to inform 360 Education immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account or if you believe that your username and password are no longer confidential.

Your tutor
We will be responsible to provide you with a tutor for the period of your training. We reserve the right to change the tutor at any time as per course requirements. You are not allowed to share your contact details such as your telephone number, mobile number, email address or postal address. You cannot ask for personal contact details of tutor.

Our right to stop providing the services.

We reserve the right to stop providing the services, if;

  • You fail to pay the fees by the 10th day of due date.
  • You fail to attend the course for two consecutive weeks unless you have agreed upon a break with your adviser in advance.
  • You violate any of the terms and conditions mentioned here.
  • 360 Education decides that your actions are unacceptable.
  • You act in such a way as to threaten, intimidate or otherwise harass our staff or other trainees.

Our liability to You

We will not be liable if we cannot provide the services to you because of an event that is beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, storm, strikes or other industrial action, war, riots, failure of telecommunications services and/or actions of government or public body. In case of such event, we will take reasonable actions in order to recommence the teaching activities with the least amount of inconvenience. If training sessions are not delivered because of any such event, we will arrange make up sessions for those.

360 Education makes no warranty that the functionality of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive.
To the extent permitted by law, 360 Education will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or training program.

We are not liable for loss of any data on your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that you save your data and have reasonable backup for it.

Except where the above applies, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim that you may have against us in connection with the provision by us to you of the services, which is otherwise not excluded in these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation where such claim arises as a direct result of any negligent technical advice provided by us, will be limited to the amount of course fee which has been paid or is payable by you.

Privacy and data protection
Your privacy is treated very seriously at 360 Education. All the information that you provide to us when you enrol in a 360 Education training program or at any other time is subject to 360 Education Privacy Statement. Please read this. This explains what information we collect, when we collect it, what we use it for and who we can give it to. For further details on this, you can contact your advisor. By signing up for a training course, you agree that you have understood and accepted the terms of the Privacy Statement.
Discontinuing the services

360 Education has well paid qualified faculty to impart lectures to the student. However, if for any reason, student wants to discontinue the services then they will have to give 15 days prior notice by simply sending an email at info@360 Education.com
General

We reserve the right to withdraw all or part of the website at anytime.

We offer 7 days money back guaranty.

Recurring date remains the same. if you are short with number of classes it will be provided to you at the end of your course if followed with explained procedure but the missing classes will never effect your recurring date and it will be your campus joining date.

You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement made by us or any of our representatives with regard to the services other than those expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this paragraph shall exclude or restrict our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
